On the palate, the wine is smooth and round with notable strawberry flavour and a suggestion of tropical fruit. Don't confuse this as just another take on White Zinfandel! The wine shows well after a couple months of ageing and is usually consumed within a year. Serve lightly chilled as an aperitif or with light foods. Try it with chicken, salads, desserts and Asian dishes.
